Waiver
Flush Wellness Center LLC will not be held responsible for any adverse effects, health conditions or damages related to services or advice given. Flush Wellness LLC does not give any medical advice. For medical advice please contact your doctor or health care professional. Flush reserves the right to deny service for any reason.
Cancellations
All cancellations/reschedules can be completed using our online booking system up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without a fee. Any cancellations/reschedules within 48 of the scheduled appointment time can be made by calling Flush Wellness Center LLC. and additional fees will be may be charged per the following:
1 - Cancellations and reschedules within 48 and 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a 50% booking fee. If a deposit was made at the time of booking Flush Wellness LLC with apply this deposit to the fee. If no deposit was made to reserve the booking slot then the customer will be invoiced a fee equal to 50% of the service.
2 - Cancellations and reschedules made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the service. Any deposits to secure the booking will be used to reduce this fee then the client will be invoiced for the remainder of the service price.
Flush Wellness Center may choose to waive any fees if there are extraneous circumstances that prevent the client from attending their scheduled appointment and the client reschedules their appointment for a later time. These circumstances may include medical or personal conditions and/or other emergencies that are unforeseen. It is at the sole discretion of Flush Wellness Center LLC whether or not to waive any fees and Flush Wellness Center LLC may request supporting evidence in relation to the circumstances as such. Please call Flush Wellness Center prior to your appointment time to discuss the fee waiver and instructions on rescheduling.
Refunds
If an appointment is canceled and a refund is requested to be added back to a credit card Flush Wellness Center will refund 95% of the amount charged to the card. The 5% not refunded will be used to process the original credit card fees.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late will result in a reduction of your service time. As such please plan to be at your appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled service time. That will enable you to find parking and fill out any intake papers prior to your appointment. We understand that traffic and congestion happen and we will work to accommodate minor tardiness to our best ability however we have to be mindful of other arriving clients who come to their appointments on time.
Promotions
The current promotion starting 4/2/2024 allows guests to get a coupon for up to 35$ off their next colonic or colonic package purchase. Leave a review on Facebook, Google or Yelp and receive $10 off your next colonic. Leave a review on 2 platforms, receive $20 off. Leave a review on all 3 platforms and receive a coupon for $35 off your next colonic.
To receive the coupon, simply submit evidence (screenshots or links to the reviews) to info@flushwellnesscenter.com. Please put ‘Review Promotion Discount’ in the subject line. Please allow up to 5 business days for validation. After validation an email will be sent to you containing a coupon code that you can use online or supply if booking by phone.
If you already submitted a review(s), then you already qualify for the promotion, simply send evidence to info@flushwellnesscenter.com. There is a limit of one redemption per customer and cannot be combined with any other offer. All promotions have an expiration date to claim.
